In some cases, the front teeth, especially the lower ones, can be tightly spaced that even the CPS prime 06 interdental brush cannot fit in. Dental floss, however, can be an excellent alternative for cleaning such areas. It can also be helpful for maintaining implant care, particularly when using a fleecy thread. Always make sure to use dental floss properly and with caution.

How to use

Take about 18-24 inches (45-60 cm) of dental floss and wrap the ends around your fingers. Leave about 1-2 inches (2-5 cm) of floss in between. Hold the floss taut between your thumbs and index fingers. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion. Curve the floss around the base of each tooth in a C-shape, making sure to go beneath the gumline. Be gentle and avoid snapping the floss against your gums. Use a fresh section of floss for each tooth. After flossing, rinse your mouth with water to remove any dislodged food particles.
